Hart has anchored the 1998 team since their inaugural year

The Northern Vermont Wildcats are pleased to announce that 1998 Defenseman, Richie Hart, has committed to play Junior A Hockey for the Syracuse Stampede in the North American 3 Eastern Hockey League (NA3EHL).

Last season, Hart captained Liverpool (NY) High School. Next season, Hart will play for Liverpool as well as skate for the Stampede.

Within the Wildcats, Hart has been apart of the program since their inaugural year with the 1998 Elite team. 

"Everyone in the program is incredibly excited to see Richie move onto play Junior Hockey. He's a player who has the full package... size, strength, speed, scoring ability, and natural skill. He has nothing but up side in his future and we can't wait to see what his future holds. He comes from an incredible family and we are thrilled to see him play at the Junior level next year. He is going to open a lot of eyes from college coaches." Director of Player Development, Henri Langevin, was quoted saying.
